About Balane Apps.
Balane Apps is the product arm of Balane Tech — an owner-led software studio based in Munich.

A meeting that overruns. A mic left open. An Odoo missing one feature. Not a backlog ticket — actual daily work.

Native where native belongs: Swift for macOS and iOS, Next.js for the web, Python for Odoo. No framework wrapper around a website.

Every solved problem stayed around as a product. Menu bar tools, iOS apps, web applications, Odoo modules, and Word add-ins.

One studio, one person responsible, the same rules everywhere: data local where possible, prices visible, software that simply runs.

Alongside client work, this is where our own products take shape: native macOS and iOS apps, Odoo modules, and web tools. Each one started from a concrete problem, not a roadmap.

Wherever possible the app does the work on your device. No account just because an account would be convenient for us.

If it costs money, the price is shown — before the click, no “request a demo”, no price on request.

A small feature set that holds beats a big roadmap that wobbles. Updates ship when they are done.
